Seaweed can be harvested with scissors and used to breed turtles. When destroyed by hand or any other tool, nothing falls out of the grass. Also, the grass can be planted in any body of water, you need to take it in the player's hand and right-click in the right place. Seagrass grows up to 2 blocks high
